Return Policy

You can return items that are in brand new condition, unworn & unwashed any time, except for sale items. Choose between store credit and a full cash refund. Just send us an email with your concerns within 10 days of shipment receipt at info@newbraves.com and we will give you specific instructions on how to go about it ;)

Delivery

We are based in Los Angeles, California.

For U.S. orders U.S. orders

Generally ship within 48 hours of being placed, but note processing can take up to 3 or 4 business days. U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. So expect your goodies to arrive 3 to 7 days after you’ve placed your order.

For international orders

Please check with your local postal system after 3-5 days of placing your order. They are the ones handling the delivery after it leaves the U.S. You should be receiving your goodies approximately 2 weeks after having placed your order ;)
